Subdivision and Land Development Application - This application must accompany all land use plans submitted to the Department. If county approval is required, Section E must be signed and dated by the applicant.

Record Plans - This fact sheet explains how to submit transparencies (mylars) of finally approved land use plans to the Department for review and signing, prior to recording with County Dept. of Real Estate.

Time Limit for Recording of Plats - All finally approved land use plans must be recorded with the County Dept. of Real Estate within the time limits specified by the MPC. This fact sheet explains the recording time limits, and provides guidance on what to do if your plan has expired.
