ACED provides businesses, residents and municipalities throughout the County with a wide variety of support that ranges from key financing to links with agencies and potential business partners.

One of our most important financing initiatives is the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, through which the Federal government aids development in communities across the country. CDBG funding is at the heart of our vision for the County, which is reflected in both a One Year Consolidated Plan and a Five Year Consolidated Plan.
